Illiteracy application

One of the most impiattati concepts of the moment is that of “functional illiteracy”, the condition for which the person is able to read a text, including symbols and terms, but can not extract the meaning, or the abstract concept that the text contains.
I say that is because Serve is a job half-done: in itself implies who cites the functional illiteracy not to be, and therefore is under the illusion that it has completed the literacy course.
