Ebb and Disengagement

I spoke to one person who always wonders why I – like many of my generation – don't take up arms against this and that. And in explaining how things are, I always find myself trying to make them understand that my generation was a teenager in the eighties. And that the 80s were peculiar.

If I look at female supremacism (I think you call it "feminism") with an air between teasing and derision, without doing like the American apocalyptics, coincidentally right-wing, it's simply because I remember the time, and I know already how it will end with them.

While intellectuals are trying to understand if this "never seen before" polarization of society is the fault of social media or something else, I would like to remind you of a few things:

the “never seen before” polarization has been seen before. Nothing new is happening.

Sure, social networks are polarizing, but that doesn't mean they LEAD the trend: they follow it to monetize it. Or rather, they synchronize with the rest. Synchronization phenomena are a fantastic thing, and the phenomenon I'm referring to is this:

I added this example from physics to explain that when I say "society will do this or that" I don't mean that a leader comes along and gets everyone to agree on a conscious decision. This is ONE of the possible sync methods, but there are many.

In short, conspiracies, secret societies, technological complexes, lobbies of this and that, secret plans are not needed, for a trend to spread and everyone parrots it.

But I said, polarization has been seen before. And we already know how it ends, and if we want to, since we've seen it before, we should know how it ends.

Take for example the “wake” culture. This kind of tyrannical and violent blob, which has its expression in female supremacism (I call it that to distinguish it from historical feminism), is absolutely rampant right now.

When a tide comes in, it is obviously futile to try to hold it back. A tide does not hold back. You survive the tide, you sail on the tide, but a tide doesn't stop. Anyone who asked me to serve in some adverse movement would honestly find me absolutely bored: it's not necessary.

Let's look at a couple of numbers:

And here is the birth rate:

If we admit an average age ranging from 20.30 years for spouses, only 40% of Italians are in a "stable" couple (188,000 minus the 85,000 divorces). I imagine that the MGTOW movement is delighted with this, but the point is simple: when getting married is not convenient due to so many economic problems, Italians don't get married.

Obviously there are economic and other problems involved, but the point is that in this condition, soon women's claims will no longer touch men, and even now they concern only 40% of young males. Issues such as abortion, and so on, have become absolutely ignorable for a population whose males have begun to live, 60%, alone, or in any case unmarried.

The radicalization of relations between groups is due to the fact that groups do not speak to each other, and do not speak to each other due to lack of interest. This is the so-called "disengagement", ie a population object of hatred by a band of radicals does nothing but disinterest.

Moreover, the economic conditions may explain why young people do not marry, but the number of divorces has literally exploded:

and the fact that 70/80% of women ask for separation suggests more of a cultural change rather than an economic one.

What does it mean? It means that as females become woke, males disengage.

And it's not a new phenomenon.

The word disengagement was born in the 80s. It happens that after almost 15 years of political commitment, where young people threw themselves into politics en masse, we begin in the first 3 years of the eighties to notice that young people are no longer involved in politics. Who is crazy, who is a metalhead, who is this and who is that, but in the end very few young people give themselves up to politics.

At the time there was talk of reflux or disengagement, but the point was simply that an ever greater radicalization of politics (there were families that broke up, at least in Emilia, due to differences in political opinion) had created such toxicity that the kids (I can say we kids) simply found it spontaneous to do something else. We didn't give a damn about katanga, Nicaragua or Inti Illimani (except for a few Sciroccos).

This "disengagement" is simply the harvest of a period of radicalization.

When a society radicalises, it happens that:

  1. there is a good man who is also the victim of whom one can only speak well
  2. there is a villain who is also an executioner of whom one can only speak ill
  3. the majority of the population, excluding the fanatics, slowly started talking about something else.

If you're afraid that woke culture and female supremacism might hurt you, you're missing the very point: as they become radicalized, society normalizes the fact that the majority of people disengage from one faction or the other. .

Have you ever worked in an Anglo-Saxon environment? I do'. They have radicalized the discourse of sexual harassment so much that NOTHING is said about the subject of sex at work. Perhaps we will talk about it among friends in the evening at the pub, but the conversation has disappeared.

Attention: when I say that it is missing I mean one thing. That is, that it is not discussed as if one faction had won and convinced the other. The speech simply disappeared. Don't joke with colleagues. Don't be alone with them. Don't invite them to dinner. All sterilized.

Of course, in the USA they have already reached these levels, but the point is that in the end society changes its balance and realigns itself.

There is no need to react and/or crusade. And I can explain it even better with another example.

In recent years, the American woke culture has multiplied the number of "transsexuals" by about 100. What does it mean?

It means that the "normal" or "physiological" number of people suffering from gender dysphoria has always been around two to two and a half per ten thousand. And these normally benefit from the transition. At least, so far.

In recent years, statistics in the woke world, typically US humanities universities, have shown that the number of students who define themselves as transgender has risen up to two percent, with peaks, in some "gender studies" faculties, of five.

How could a pathology arise? Simple: if before it took numerous visits to a psychiatrist to diagnose gender dysphoria, and the diagnoses were made with extreme caution. This is because the phrase "transition is the only known way to cure gender dysphoria" is a blatant misconception: there are no long-term studies yet to say it works. And they don't exist because the numbers are small and the transition hasn't been around for enough years. Psychiatrists, therefore, tread lightly.

Thanks to many associations against "medicalization", today a standard questionnaire is used, of which everyone now knows the "right answers". The result is that it is a mere formality.

With this, it has happened that thousands and thousands of boys and girls have undertaken hormonal therapies, have had their sexual organs amputated, breasts, and have undergone surgery of all kinds, both to modify the vocal cords, to lower the hairline, nose job, eyebrow raise, and more.

So far, you say, there's enough to go on a crusade, especially when minors are involved.

But no.

Because if you search for “detransitioning” now, you find the wrath of god. It happened that these boys, after a few years, in addition to committing suicide (the average among transsexuals operated on is 22%, which suggests that the transition is NOT "the only therapy that works"), they are going to doctors . Fake boobs instead of mutilated boobs, corrective facial surgery, hormone therapy, but by now those who have lost their balls have lost them, those who had hysterectomy to avoid cancer from testosterone lost their uterus, etc. etc. And now they're desperate to get back to the way they were before, sometimes knowing full well they won't be able to

Moreover, the US health care does not pay, so they have paid large amounts of money for the first part of the trip, and now that they have grown up they cannot find the money for the return trip. When it is possible.

After YEARS of propaganda, the truth emerges. If you read the comments you will find all the "kindness" and "understanding" of the modern "GLBTwhatever" community, and you will discover the truth. And then you will say "but these had surgery at eighteen, they were already soaked as minors! We have to save them!"

And this is where you go wrong.

Gender transition, with today's numbers, is a business of surgeons and endocrinologists. It is a business of psychiatrists who make everything that is fashionable pass as true, by making “transsexuals” sign a questionnaire that they don't even read, in order to then let them enter the industry.

You can NEVER stop this politically. They will shout at you about everything. It's the tide: you can't stop it. But soon the lawsuits will begin to flock. And the compensation claims.

From former children and teenagers who will wonder what the hell of psychiatrists, endocrinologists, surgeons they have found in front of. That they will question the thing in front of the judges.

Then it will stop. For now there are the first causes around.

You are not St. George. You don't have to save the world. You don't have to save anyone from their own bad decisions.

Of course, in the case of minors you might be tempted to save them. And I say that as a father. But the moment you know that you are dealing with a political moloch who practices censorship and cancel culture, i.e. ostracism, what you can think is that we will sacrifice someone, but in the end society aligns itself again.

And the tide will go out. He left in the '80s, and he's gone again.

Don't make the mistake of spending precious years of your life trying to stop it. Sooner or later the ebb and the disengagement come.

But you can't help it: people can change, but you can't change people.
