The mountain of shit theory

Cagnara project and income policy.

Having written the post on the groundwork essentially requires and implies a judgment on the government, or at least will give people the feeling that they have a judgment on that government. So, when I said that Meloni (and with her the government) lacks any basic perception of what the state, the nation or military status is, people started thinking that I have who knows what ideas about this government.

It is simply a useless government. If we talk about the unexpected, like the floods in Romagna, he hasn't been able to react except in terms of communication. Of course, the prime minister returned from her trip and showed up, of course she appointed a general, and just as certainly nothing happened.

If we go to the known problems, the situation is one of devastating immobility, except when the problems themselves get worse due to neglect. The problem of migrants is exploding because nobody cares about them, public safety has worsened, practically no problem is approached or faced.

It is impossible to have an opinion on this government, because it is doing nothing. All we know is that Italy is giving (very few and very old) weapons to Ukraine, and so on. It was an opportunity to get rid of the Ariete and acquire a real tank, but apparently Crosetto is interested in something else. Just carcasses, in general.

So, apart from going to the papers because it SAYS things that displease the left, this government does absolutely nothing. Since some situations get worse if you don't get your hands on it, the result is that on some issues (migrants, public order, school, and more) doing nothing is bringing even bigger problems to the surface.

It is therefore clear that a "Project Caciara" is needed, which fills the pages of the newspapers with things that concern the government, but not governing. (which is not happening). And so with the caciara, from generals who write books inspired by the walls of toilets, to Meloni who appears on Chi, or who pays the bill to Italians on vacation, and all the paraphernalia of the case.

The "facite ammuina" was a myth if we talk about franceschiello's navy, but in reality it is a consolidated reality. (no, I'm not sure it would be better with other parties).

But this government has one thing that newspaper writers like: it DOES NOT HAVE an income policy, which it leaves to the labor market.

It's not new. Ever since the Big Match between Berlusconi and De Benedetti began, everything revolved around two parties, FI and PD, each owned and founded by a billionaire, neither of which had an incomes policy, since neither had a politics: they were functional to the quarrel between these two billionaires.

But this gap, devoid of any income policy, has been useful for many: it is no coincidence that Italy has the lowest salaries in Europe. And following the tradition of null parties, this government does not have an incomes policy either, at the most it destroys the little built by M5S.

For this reason, it is very convenient for ALL the financiers who own the Italian newspapers that the government does NOT have an incomes policy, and that it continues like this. In fact, pressed by M5S, even those of the Democratic Party must take a stand, so the issue (minimum wage, basic income, etc.) is hot.

The Cagnara Project serves to keep up a government that puts the problem of incomes policy into the background.

If you happen to read in the newspapers, one gets the impression that the left is almost sympathetic to newspaper owners when they talk about lesbians, human rights, climate problems, etc. If, on the other hand, the left stamps its foot on the minimum wage, suddenly comes the punitive survey that the PD is declining and the Schlein effect is over.

Ok, it didn't take long, but in the newspapers nothing is written by chance.

Ultimately, the Italian press in this period is making desperate efforts to act like a drip, for a government that does nothing, but in the nothing it does NOT do there is also nothing about incomes policy.

There is a lot of lying about this, (the courier gave the German minimum wage at 9 euros, for example, but by law it is 12 euros from October 2022. )

It doesn't take much to understand: industrialists and financiers are keeping this useless government going with the Cagnara Project, because it blocks the birth of any debate on an incomes policy.

At the same time, this government costs in terms of cash. They take total billions from excise taxes on fuel, but they don't call them extra income, while then they take another three, in cash, from the tax on extra profits, but it is not known where they end up. They take the installments of the Pnrr, even WITHOUT having built what they promised, but also here it is not clear in which cesspool they end up.

But I think you all have an idea where this money goes.

The clientele chain is something like this:

  • Employers and their lobbies don't want an income policy, especially if it involves pay raises.
  • The government is kept in power using newspapers. In return, the government is given the right to the loot, so they don't run to save face.
  • To the annoyance, the newspapers pretend not to know where some financial flows end up.

So expect anything and everything in the future to fill the pages of the newspapers.

But especially, don't expect much from the government: it's there to do nothing, as long as the nothing extends to anything. Nothing will happen, and if something is done it will be more of an announcement than anything else.

And if someone tries to raise hot topics, the usual uproar will start.

It is the Cagnara Project.
