The mountain of shit theory

Stop it ….

Stop it ....

I am reading the spy novel that took place in Rome, and I must say that I am quite perplexed. Or rather, VERY perplexed by what I read, and by how the story is presented.

There are so many things that don't come back to me. Too many.

The first is the wife who says “with 3000 euros a month we couldn't do it”. But a CF does not earn that little, even if it is not in navigation. Even leaving aside the fact that all the time he spent in navigation he spent almost double the normal salary, and he spent a lot of it, from his photo in uniform you can see several missions, where the salary goes up, and a lot.

Typically a CF retires full of money, accumulated during the voyages (don't spend anything, put aside all the income), and some apartments here and there.

But if he really was having money problems, all he had to do was get assigned to some very active ship, and practically double the income. As he was close to retirement, it was four years of sacrifice and he would have saved up a lot of money. Would they have assigned him to a ship? Yes, if you are assigned to the General Staff, yes: you speak every day with admirals of all kinds, sub-ministers and often even ministers. And if you had the role that they say in the newspapers, there is no problem.

He could get the FFAA severance pay early, to name another. There are banks that grant loans based on those to FFAA members. And even that is not joking. A guy who retires in four years and gets a certain amount of money does not risk life imprisonment for 5,000 euros.

We are talking about small figures: those figures were obtained in a couple of months on a mission. How many debts do you pay us? 9000 euros? A loan of three hundred euros a month for three years, in practice. If you have a lot of debts, ask for more, you don't pay them at 9000 euros at a time.

But we must remember that a CF has the salary of a state executive , and at that age and with those duties, of a senior executive. 3000 €? Uhm. Here too it stinks. He is still an officer in command. Elder.

But let's also assume that he squandered all the money he earned in nearly 20 years of sailing and several missions. And now he has to live on "only" 3000 euros. Well, I'm sorry, but he's one assigned to the general staff.

It means he can get a Navy house, and off he pays no rent . It means that he can, simply with his name and knowledge, let his children enter both the armed forces and the police, the Academy, the Nunziatella for high school, and the non-commissioned schools. His children will never be short of work.

Being in that position means that if the daughter is sick she is entitled to assistance tools like these: https://www.difesa.it/Amministrazionetrasparente/persomil/Documents/Sovvenzioni_Sussidi/circolare_sussidi_2015/Circolare_interventi_assistenziale_11_DIC_2015.pdf

and these: https://www.difesa.it/SGD-DNA/Staff/DG/PERSOMIL/Circolari/Documents/2018/InterventiAssistenziale/Circolare.pdf

And many other tools of the FFAA. If the problem is in the order of € 5,000, you don't risk life imprisonment.

Tools that exist precisely to prevent valuable members of the armed forces from being "buyable".

And if you live in a general state your requests pass to them.

It means that he has access to very low-cost mortgages, and has always meant that even now he has access to very low-cost loans because he is a military employee. Moreover, you are "full" of debt how much? Do five thousand euros plus four thousand change the situation for you? All your debts here? It would be enough for you to get on board and you can make that money in two months of navigation, and you make the same amount EVERY two months of navigation. That's all?

What the fuck are we talking about?

But let's move on. Let us also suppose that, despite having all this, our man is poor and covered in debt. Let's assume you've already run out of ALL those tools I've talked about.

Do you know what that means? It means that if you have asked all possible grant applications, or have catastrophic bank accounts, a red light comes on in your NOS file, (Nulla Osta di Secreta) and they immediately move it. Just like other institutions, such as banks, do.

Already'. If you are full of debt, you are not in the general staff. Of no country. And not with that assignment. Because if it happens that a guy is in debt with dependent children, and remains in the general staff, it means that the secret services make us a peracottai figure.

If a foreign state arrives at your staff with an investment of 500o €, you have made us the figure of the peracottaio. Point.

But.

But the internal services of the Navy had been following him for some time. But the carabinieri followed him. But they caught it fragrant.

Was it a bait?

In this case, everything is explained. And it's more likely. The best way to uncover a conspiracy is to organize one. So we have a guy who goes around saying he's in debt and works in the general staff. At this point he is contacted.

This is how it works.

But in that case one wonders why the Russians fall for it: do they not know that no one who can be blackmailed , for any reason (economic, personal reasons – for example of sexual conduct), has a NOS such as to work in a general staff?

Let's face it clearly: getting to the general staff of a NATO country by investing 5,000 euros means:

  • the local secret services are peracottai, sons of peracottai, grandsons of peracottai, of the lineage of CZAM, son of KREM.
  • we fell into a trap, and bad. In that case the peracottai are those of the Russian crane. But really bad.

two o'clock. But in any case, someone is a peracottaio.

You decide which of the two.

Personally, since too many details are coming out from the Italian side, I think it is a method to discredit the Gru. And the Russians.

And if that's the way it is, as I think, that guy is probably built, he's not called that, and he'll soon disappear from the news.
