The Boeri dilemma

In the delirium that Italians have to put up with every day (well deserved, however), it stands out the fact that there is no end of head behind the parties that today “govern” the country. I mean, if DiMaio & co were a bunch of retired balls hanging from the wires of a clever puppeteer would notice the flashes of intelligence rather not seen.
Take for example the case of Tito Boeri. He provided the “numbers” to the government, and since DiMaio makes things so much per pound signed a decree without reading the report.
