The mountain of shit theory

Fediverse

Greens, beaches and shows.

The story of Giovanotti and his beach shows is still taking hold, and I must say that while I have a certain contempt for the paraculo Cherubini, this thing is amusing me. I don't know if you have noticed it, but lately the greens have also sabotaged "green" projects, such as fields of solar panels or wind turbines, with the excuse that they disturb the panorama, so you have to ask yourself, exactly, why the panorama is more important of the ecosystem.

To understand this, we need to clarify which lobby the Greens work for today, we need to talk about Real Estate. Real Estate itself means "real estate property", so it does not necessarily indicate prestigious properties. Then there is a specific sector, Luxury Real Estate, and International Luxury Real Estate, such as Clooney who wants to buy a villa on Lake Garda.

The problem with buying a 12 million euro villa (for example) is that it must be perfect. Perfect means that if you look out the window you have to see this:

And not this:

Nor this:

Now, the question that needs to be asked is this: you have spent 12 million euros for a villa in the Tuscan hills, and someone wants to build a wind farm, or a solar park. Now, these things are very good for the environment, but very bad for the landscape.

But you don't want your 12 million euro villa to become an 11 million euro villa, because you would lose a million. Bad. -8.5%. Bad investment.

Who are you calling? Call the greens. The greens will be delighted to stop any project that could threaten the landscape in front of your villa, be it olive trees sick with xylella to be cut down, wind turbines, solar panels, biomass power plants, it doesn't matter. The excuse is always found.

Shovels kill millions of birds (fake), solar panels ruin soil humus (fake), xylella doesn't exist (fake), biomass plants emit toxic substances (fake), and all. the important thing is to terrorize the population and say no. And then go to the collection.

Greens do not defend the environment, only the view. And that's because I'm on the payroll of the Luxury Real Estate lobby. (national or not)

Gone are the good times when people went to work from Legambiente to Enel in exchange for a referendum on nuclear power that prevented ENEA from competing with ENEL plants. Now we get by as we can, and therefore it is also okay to get paid by the owners of majestic villas.

We can extend it. Let's take the Piombino regasification terminal. If you have a very luxurious villa in those parts, you want to see something like this from the window:

And you want to make your American friends believe that you are on an unspoiled Italian island where women get up early to go shopping on a Vespa. You want this of mine:

And then call the green friends.

Now let's go to the Jova. If you have bought luxury houses near the beach, you don't want the municipality to start using them at some point to make noisy concerts. You want to invite the Fifi, the Johh, the Elon, and they don't come from the USA to hear the navel of the world sing!

You wanted to see this:

Not the Jovanotti concert!

So who are you calling? The Green Friends!

And it does not matter whether it is an artificial beach built by swiping river sand over an expanse of rock (exterminating the species that use the holes in the rock or the spaces between the rocks), the important thing is that we can say that since balcony you see the beach. You have paid. And then you demand.

It does not matter that all this hurts the environment very badly: the important thing, for the “greens”, is the view. Not the environment.

The Cerubini should, before playing concerts on the beach, check that there are no villas and luxury houses in the area. Because if there are, the ecologists will leave.
